My friend and I are working on a new, and much needed, business venture: personalized meal planning. Unlike most meal planning websites and diets, our vision is very unique in that we desire to help people heal their bodies and change their lives… with food! We acknowledge the difficulty in making the switch from modern nutrition to “going against the grain” -pun intended!- not to mention planning, shopping for, and cooking “normal” meals! Recognizing every family’s (or just your) needs, we exist to do all the hard, dirty work and to cut your grocery bill in half!
